Commitment to quality
ERESA Medical Group´s main goal has always being to improve the medical care, by offering a patient-oriented service which aims to obtain his maximum satisfaction, which combines the optimization in diagnosis and therapy, a strict respect of the environment and the protection of our employees and patients health and safety.
The commitment of continuous improvement and our customers total satisfaction has always been the central axe of our management system.
The implementation of a Quality Management System in 1999 was not just an answer to the worry of incorporating a quality Standard which was able to guarantee a constant and uniform quality level in the sanitary system we offer; it was also meant to organize, integrate and standardize all the processes related with the provided service (medical, administrative, strategical and support), as well as the warranty of the strict fulfillment of the wide legislation that applies to the whole Group.
Our steps towards our goal to become and Excellent organisation are the following ones:
- 1999: ERESA obtains the Quality certification according to the ISO 9002:1994 Quality Management systemís Standards, for all our services.
- 2000: Concerned with the protection of the environment, ERESA obtains the Certificate according to the ISO Norm 14001:1994 Environmental Management systemsís Standards, being the first company in its sector certified in this field.
- 2004: ERESA obtains the certification ISO - 9001:2000 for his Quality Management System, as well as the integration with the environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2004 Standards.
- 2005: ERESA implements an integrated Management System in Quality Environment and Occupational Health and Safety at work (OHSAS 18001:1999).
- 2007: The Certification of our integrated quality, environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management System is renewed.
- 2008: ERESA decides to implement the European excellence model EFQM. Our goal was to instil a culture of continuous improvement in the whole organisation in order to improve the quality of our services and to increase our customers and employees satisfaction. As a results, ERESA obtains the European Recognition Award for Excellence 300+ for our management system following the EFQM Excellence Model.
- 2009: ERESA obtains the certification for our Quality management system to ISO - 9001:2008 Standards.
- 2010: ERESA obtains the European Recognition Award for Excellence 400+ for our management system following the EFQM Excellence Model.
